Heart Massage
I feel like I am getting a massage for my heart as all these tough knots that have accumulated throughout the years are getting loosened up. I am going to be sore, but it will be so revitalizing in the end.
It is comforting to know that God disciplines his sons to make them stronger. It is encouraging to know that the hands that hold the world are holding my heart.

bryan i just wanted to let you know that you are kind of amazing.
